I saw a vegetarian eating something with meat in it. Should i tell?

Question

She was eating a pop tart which has eggs in it, she doesn't eat eggs or even drink real milk.

I didn't tell her, should I tell her later.

some vegetarians eat eggs others dont. just tell her that poptarts have egg, if shes vegan she would deff want to know, even though she should research whats vegan and wats not

Ifs he's a vegetarian leave it be- if she's vegan tell her- but do it as a kind courtesy- not as a scolding

Poptarts also do not have eggs (I'm vegan I've looked) some flavors have milk though, and all have animal byproducts (gelatin, mono & diglycerides or both, or more) So none of them are vegan

vegetarians can't eat pop tarts, they have gelatin in them.  Anyway, it's best if you say: "do you know that it has _______", so in case she didn't know, she does now, and she can heed your advice, or not

Is she a vegetarian or a vegan?

If she's a vegetarian, it's her choice as to whether she'll eat eggs and dairy, dairy only, or eggs only. Also, she can choose to eat gelatin or not. If she chooses not to eat gelatin, than she should be informed that the frosting on Pop Tarts contain gelatin.

If she's an ovo or lacto vegetarian or a vegan, it's kind of a "duh" thing to know that there is going to be dairy involved with the frosting as well as eggs involved with the pastry.

The next time she's about to pop one in her mouth, ask her is she knows that Pop Tarts contain dairy, eggs, and gelatin.

If she's a friend, go ahead and tell her. I can't eat pork, and if I ate it accidentally, I'd expect my friend to tell me.

Just make sure it doesn't sound like an accusation, morelike a suggestion, like "PopTarts don't have eggs in them, right?"

Vegetarians can eat eggs and dairy but Vegans can't eat eggs and dairy.  Last I heard pop tarts don't have eggs in them.  Don't say anything because either she knew and didn't care or if you say something and she didn't know she will feel bad.
