  1. well, I lived in Connecticut most of my life and I can tell you that there is a Monroe in Connecticut. CT stands for connecticut. canada doesnt have states by the way

  2. Ct is in the US. Canada doesn't have states.

  3. well there are no states in Canada, we have provinces.  And CT is not one of them  That is most likely Conneticut in the US(i believe there is a Monroe in Conneticut)

there is BC - British Columbia

    AB - Alberta

    SK - Saskatchewan

MN - Manitoba (I could be wrong about that abbreviation)

    ON - Ontario

    PQ - Quebec

    NB - New Brunswick

    NS - Nova Scotia

    PEI - prince edward Island

    NF - Newfoundland

    And the 3 territories are

    YK - Yukon

    NWT - northwest Territories

    NV - Nunavut.

  4. CT would probably stand for Connecticut, which is a state in the United States.

Canada does not have states, we have provinces and territories; and none of them even start with a C.

Perhaps you misunderstood the address or that person made a mistake.

    I hope this helps.

  5. You're thinking about Monroe, Connecticut. CT is the abbreviation for Connecticut, which is in the United States and NOT Canada. Also, Canada has provinces, NOT states. There is a very subtle, but definite difference.
