In the states any hardware store or 'big box' would carry them.  GE & Levitron are brand names.

try an electronics supply outlet or lighting supplier, lighted switches come in various sizes up to 6 switches under 1 plate. they're quite common, and usualy not very expensive or complicated to inslall.. there are various kinds of lighted switches to choose from as well.
