  1. You can't sue them, as they have common carrier status.  You can send them the url to the picture and send a demand message that they remove it.

However, that's probably not the only place where the picture is.  I suggest you go into google image search, turn off filltering, and search on the filename.

  2. it depends if it was put on a licensed p**n site or used as a different person. But by all means, you can sue. If someone just had your nude pic but never posted it to the public, there's a 90% chance that if you sue, you won't win. Your best bet is to talk to whoever has your pics or take it to your lawyer and he/she will see if your eligible to sue.

  3. whats the filename and i will tell you if its on limewire yet.

  4. where are they

  5. By law, no, you can't sue the website for having your pic on it.  You can request they remove it, and they will most likely do so.

The problem lies with the person who stole your photo.

I would suggest you keep any nudes you DON'T want online, on your own computer, or a flash drive.

  6. i dont know. do u know who did it? shouldnt have taken tge pics n put them on ur ccomp

  7. 2 things. #1, why did u have nude pics on the computer anyway? anything you post can get out to anyone, and they can keep it forever, just saying.

#2 idk about the hacking thing

  8. I will need to see the pictures before I can render an opinion.
