i saw samsung le40" lcd tv. it dos't look tht good when i was waching it . pixle was moving . this a bad tv?

You don't want to believe all the hype about the plasma and LCD televisions. They are not as great as people say, also a large screen requires you to view from a distance. Both those types are back lit as distinct from being self -illuminating as the old Cathode ray tubes , which are superior in picture quality , albeit bulky.

On your remote you may have the sharpness of the picture on a high setting. If you go to menu then go into sharpness you can turn down the pixels.
