I saw someone in a McDonalds uniform today at Sonic Restaurant

They were ordering food. Is that legal for McDonald's employees to eat at another place? I thought there was something in the Patriot Act regarding that.

It's legal, don't worry.  Most employees just get sick of the food where they work.  No biggie.  But it is funny when you see it happen!

Of course they can eat anywhere they don't necessarily have to eat where they work.

Eat where you want. Top chef's have special places they like to eat! If I worked at MacDonald's all day I'd eat some where else too!

Mcdonalds employees can eat wherever they want BUT u said he was in his uniform well at mcdonalds u have to wear a shirt over ure mcdonalds shirt or u will get a warning slip.

You are right..Patriot Act violations happened!  Here in Alabama, you could have pulled out your pistol and shot that person dead.  After that, McDs would have sent you gift cards for happy meals..

I think you are free to eat anywhere you want, no matter where you work. Some employers request that you not where your company

uniform in other franchises.

I don't see what the problem is,I ate at other places when I was at Wendy's many moons ago.It's no big deal,and No,it has nothing to do with the Patriot Act,that's silly!

oh i didnt know that i thought they can eat were ever they want, not everybody likes mcdonalds or their on a diet, or they work there everyday and will have to eat there everyday, how fat would they be?
