I saw this charity advertised on TV today and I can't remember their name?

They start off with orphaned children from the Ukraine, China, and Russia (maybe), and it's the children talkng first, and then this blonde, middle aged lady and tells about the charity. Any idea what the organization's name is? I think they mentioned getting schooling and job training among other things.

IF u remember the channel go to their site and get the email and ask them they all have to keep a log on those things.  Tell them what time and or what program was on.
