did you draw it or did someone else.  Why would finding this on your carpet mean you are going mad?   Sorry I can't better answer your question.

Somebody had to have snuck in and drew it.  If I saw that it had randoly appeared, and no one else had come into the apartment, I'd believe it was an omen of some kind that the world was coming to an end.
