I used to waitress and my shifts were usually the same every week so you have a great chance of seeing him again.

One time I went back to see a waitress that I like and I did not see her again for a month. If I had been braver I would have asked what shifts she worked. In any case most food servers seem to have more or less consistent shifts so you stand a reasonable chance of seeing him at the same time but do not be surprised if you do not. Just keep going back at different times.
