I still say no because the West is so deep. But if this team stays together for a couple seasons they will be in the playoffs. When you look at there roster now, they have tons of talent. A lot of their bench players, like Ricky Davis, or Jason Williams, or maybe even Eric Gordon would be starting for other ballclubs so you have to like what they have as far as talent. It will take at least a season for them to gel before a postseason berth, but they will improve substantially.

I think they can make the playoffs.

All they have to do is stay healthy and have all the other teams get an injury to their franchise player.

They won't beat out these teams for playoff spots.

Lakers, Hornets, Spurs, Jazz, Rockets, Trailblazers, Mavs, Nuggets/Warriors.

That will wrap up the West.

yeah i really think they are gona suprise people next season.. especially the Lakers..

I wouldnt be suprised if they split it 2-2 next season Lakers vs. clippers..

Most people forgot that Chris Kaman had his best season ever and hes one of the FEW LEGIT CENTERS in the league...  

Brian Skinner is underated... DeAndre Jordan was predicted to be selected as high as #7 in this draft but somehow he slipped into the second round... AND THIS GUY IS A STEAL!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE STEAL!!!!

Baron Davis at pointguard and eric gordon as back up..... thats just setup perfectly... baron can play shootingguard... so can eric...

This team will not only be good next season but for quite some time because they have young talent and old talent...

Unfortunately for them the Lakers are still pretty d**n good... and the fact that andrew bynum had an incredible season before his knee injury   makes the lakers look pretty d**n good... I mean i saw the entire clippers lakers season.... and the lakers were flat out amazing... their one constant was kobe he played good no matter who was on the team the whole season... until the end that is.. but they are going to be much much better next season... I think the only teams that can really stand up to the lakers will be the Suns and the Rockets especially because those are two very tall and very tallented teams.....

The clippers are going to shock everyone because they are getting hooked up with really good players...

Next season belongs to the lakers... but after that season lebron is a free agent and lots of things are gona go down... but i think the clippers will be contenders within the next 4 or 5 years...

i would definitely agree. the clippers have had quite possibly the busiest offseason. if they have good chemistry, and don't get any older, they'll make the postseason. they also have good depth.

Im impressed by how much they have tried to improve their team. It looks like they have done a good job by bringing in key players. they could definetely sneak into the playoffs.

The only problem i see is with their chemistry. Since there are a lot of new players, chemistry might not be that well but if they can get it together, they can be very dangerous.
