i cant stand to be the attention and when i see a hott guy i do so many c**p that it makes me look like im going to kill him. what can i do, like everytime he turns around to see me and gives me a bad like'like is she okay?" look. how can i avoid this,he is so nice though

simplest thing to do first is to befriend guys, talk to them, little by little you can be closer to each other and feel comfortable. this will help you to deal with other guys. be yourself, you don't need to please them, what matters is you can talk to them in a nice way, right?
