It was with 100 grit sandpaper, preparing the window for painting.

  1. Nope you will need to replace it.  Relax glass is cheap.  You can get it at home depot just tell thme the size.


  2. You can try toothpaste and a tee shirt or other soft cloth. If it isn't real bad the toothpaste may work.
