I screwed up my toolbar without updating ANYTHING?

Question

Can anyone help me get back to my original toolbar. I am not computer literate. I had all my buttons at the top and then my address line below it. I don't know what I did but I ended up with all 3 lines on the top line and don't know how to move one down. I know, a real idiot. Can someone help?

try to delete the toolbar first by going to control panel and clicking on add or remove programs, sceoll down to the bottom and remove the yahoo toolbar and reinstall it again. this should put the toolbar back on top
