I search & click on msg to read I get "Sorry, the resource you are trying to access does not exist" Whaaa?

Question

I am starting on the board I want to search.

When I use the search messages function I see the message I want to read. Then when I click on the message to read it I receive a screen saying:

" Sorry, the resource you are trying to access does not exist."

So I can not read the message.

I would like to know what I am doing wrong so that I can search messages and read the ones I want to.
