  1. Yes they are that cheap.  I have seen pictures where the previous owners have removed all light fixtures, electrical switch covers, and holes in the wall.

    So be aware that you may have to do some work on a foreclosed house.


  2. I think so....but I'm pretty sure  you can't go inside the house.......buy as is........
