  1. Maybe MG cars are more fuel efficient than others available on the market.

  2. They bought the name, when it's released it will be a 2008-09 and probably a good if not great car.

  3. I think that they will be flogging a dead horse as the resale values will be highly suspect.

  4. MG will sell a lot of cars, but they were built very cheaply in the past.

  5. Depends upon what they have in the pipeline for if they can produce something special at the right price they could do very well. I owned a TF 160 until Rover/MG went bust and have to admit I enjoyed the experience.

  6. No but they will be flogging c**p cars.

  7. l would think so, as the last series were a bit of a disaster. Might be similar to when British Leyland introduced the "TR7"...........Think that speaks for itself!

  8. MG keeps coming back. Well, it's just a name you know. An MG is not some magical experience. There is no soul and absolutely nothing unique about them these days. While it may even be a nice car....who cares? They are just to weak of a company to support. The truth is, it was always a funky company that happened to make a few fun to drive cars at a time when that was rare.
