If you are receiving eMails from a Yahoo!Group, there should be a link towards the bottom of the eMail that lets you unsubscribe.

You can always change your Yahoo!Group settings by visiting the Group and select "Edit My Groups".  Then set the mail preference to "No Mail".

You can always eMail the Yahoo!Group Owner or Moderator by sending them an eMail with your request to be removed from the Group.   Their eMail information is located towards the bottom of the Group's Home page.
