I see people complaining about global warming, environment, etc. my question is WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT?

Personally I'm building a giant laser cannon to destroy the sun with.. you know, since it's the cause of global warming and all.

There is NOTHING we can do to stop climate change.  NOTHING.

That's not to say we should be investing in alternate energy sources.. we should just be doing it for the right reason.

A friend of mine owns some land in Africa, last year when we were there we planted 50,000 trees - these will more than offset all my carbon emissions in my lifetime and those of many other people as well.

I live in the UK and have planted a few hundred trees on some land in Scotland, although these won't do much to reduce CO2 levels they're very attractive and the notices nearby have encouraged other people to plant trees as well.
