  1. Too funny! I have always heard that women carry "wider" when pregnant with a boy, but I barely did with my son and only in my stomach. I have got quite a booty myself, but it is always large and round- pregnancy doesn't affect it much. Except when I look at my side profile in the mirror, I feel like I am looking in a fun house mirror because my tummy sticks out in the front barely more than my bum sticks out in the back. I need that shirt that says "Does this baby make my butt look big?".

Additional comment: Ha, that is a good one! I also like the one at 2chix.com that says "Bump, not plump".

  2. Hi, be assured that you are not the only one!

When I was 4 months along I did not show anything in front, only my butt and my hips... Everyone thought I was getting really fat!

I am now 32 weeks, and at last I have a belly to show for it, but not as much as most other woman. I am getting wider by the moment, so yes, I am carrying that way too :)

I am having a boy, but I dont know if big butts is a way to know the s*x of the baby...

    Good luck!

  3. Well I don't know how far along you are yet , if you already know what you are having but usually if you carry your baby around the butt area means that you are having a boy!Congratulations by the way.

  4. It's your hips spreading to prepare for child birth. Welcome to pregnancy!!
