I seem to have a problem, sometimes when i click the arrow to go back, in my browser, it doesn't go back.?

I see this a lot.  Sometimes it is a new window that popped up, but that is probably not the case here.  In IE on the Back button is also a drop down box.  If you select that you can jump multiple steps back.  The top entry is the one you were at previous to getting to the page that won't go back.  Try that one or the one before it.  That always works for me.

It sounds like you have some spyware installed.  You need to get something that will take all the spyware off your system.  Spysweeper is what I use but there are many on the Internet that you can download and use for free.  You can find a good anti spyware program by googling spyware.
