it could be dust,an insect like a gnat, a bit of grit i suggest you rinse it out in cold water or optrex wash that may help if not go to the local hospital they may help.

lie down on the bed - let someone look into it and if there is something in it - allow that person to take your mind off the iritation!! ;O)
