  1. hams usually with choriso

  2. pork.they are delicious finely cut on the kind of baguette bread, with balls of melon or on their own.there are several qualities, the best is the 4 J,the pork having been feed with a kind of nut.yumm!

  3. It's jamon iberico or jamon serrano.  they are pig's legs.

  4. Iberico ham. It's delicious and the best of it is very expensive.

  5. well if there were 8 legs of venison.. dont buy them cos they are 2 deer

  6. Without a photo to go by one can't tell for sure but they were most likely pork as this is far the most popular meat for curing across Europe.

  7. Pork

  8. no idea, but they sound tasty

  9. Jamon, the Spanish equivelent to the Italian prosciuotto, a bit shaper and more flavourful as they add spices and paprika to the curing mix, and it is dried differently and has a firmer more compex flavour, I prefer it to the Italian one.

  10. could be lamb legs

  11. Likely they are smoked pig legs, somewhat like the prosciuttos of Italy, very good by the way

  12. They are hams, I havent had the opportunity to try some in spain but the acorn fed black pig is supposed to be the best.
