  1. Hi There

I have just started as a volunteer Counsellor at Child line, trust me its worth calling, we are here to listen and provide support, if you like you can contact me directly hun. You wont be judged at its confidential so anything you say is kept between you and the counsellor  xx

Instant message me if you like x

  2. You will get a blue square on your house on one of those sexual predator data bases....

  3. Definatly ring them - if you get put on hold or asked to ring back or something DONT be put off ok? Just keep ringing until you speak to someone and are feeling ok. There are other alternatives if that doesnt work for you. One would be to speak to the school nurse/councellor or your doc or a drop in teen wellness clinic (if you would rather see someone in person). Give childline a ring - that is what they are there for and this is exactly the sort of thing they deal with so you know you will be doing a good thing for yourself. They will be glad you rang them rather then kept this to yourself and glad and impressed with you that you identify you have a problem and want to do something about it - they will understand how big a step that is for you.

Well done - you are on your road to looking after yourself - FANTASTIC!! - keep it up. Good Luck :)

  4. They will probably give you advise on what to do. They might advise you to go see your doctor. And your doctor might refer you to a physcoligist.

Which is nothing to be worried about at all.

    Good luck.

  5. They will listen and provide a shoulder to cry on. You will get adivce from them and they will try and comfort you. You should speak to the person who has moved away more often so you can get this off your chest. It's not nice to bottle things up.

  6. You leave many unanswered questions, such as how you self harm?  How old you are?  Can you seek help through a counselor at school?  You probably should talk with someone and the best therapies are better done face-to-face for this problem.  However, in the end it is still YOU - you have to follow through in performing behaviors that prevent you from doing it and restructure your thought pattern.  You must already know that you are having some problem thought patterns now that lead you to be self-destructive.
