I sell bundt cakes, where can I find leads to obtain new clients?

I am the marketing rep for a bundt cake company and need to find more clients. my boss does not like to give away lots of free samples so how can I find people to buy our cakes?!

go around and try to sell them to some smaller restaurants. you can deliver them daily. lots of restaurants outsource their baking.

Try going around small bakerys, they are always looking for some new product. But to remember with that, they may want to take out a small percentage. Don't let them take out more than 20% though. Anything higher, refuse. There's also getting your own website to sell them. Make it flashy, yet tasteful. Another place is Craig's List it, www.craigslist.com, you can advertize for free.

Try and get the company to develop a gluten free cake that tastes good. They will sell themselves. Few if any restaurants have a tasty gluten free dessert to offer their customers.
