i send money YEN to macau through western union, is it bigger if i send yen to yen receive in macau?or yen to Pataca which money in macau,which is the best way?

I don't think Western Union will take cash "Pataca", and allow you to wire those money to Macau for oversea.

The western union will exchange those money for you on daily rate, so it's ok to send it with your own currency.
