I sended pictures to myself and i don't know how i can look at them .?

not clear, you have pics, but you sent them back to your self, you could mean that you sent pics from phone or web album, or email, and emailed them to the another location for pics, if so, you would want to login to where you sent them like email or web album and view, then download or save to computer later,

~ if you have them on phone you can plug phone into usb port on computer and transfer to desktop,

~ if you have pics in web album and email them via email, you can login to email to receive,

so depends where you are, and where they went,
