  1. Have you asked them to check their spam or add you as a contact?

  2. If you have their permission, you can directly add them to your group:

How can I directly add (not invite) members to my group?

What’s the difference between "Invite Members" and "Add Members"?

  3. many ISP's see these as spam, and some never get them. there's nothing you can do about an invite that is never received. if you're group is closed-invite only, you're limited. maybe the member has a alternate addy they can use.

if it's not a closed group, just send the direct link to the person of the group, and have then join via the Join This group Tab

  4. u can Check that all invitaion which is bounce in group's member area or Have you asked them to check their spam or add you as a contact???

  5. A more likely culprit than a firewall is their e-mail service's spam filter.  If they can check their messages that are thought to be spam, then have them do so.  If not, you'll probably just have to e-mail them directly with a link to your Group.
