Specifically, as a moderator and owner of a group, how can I see how many people received an invite, how many people visited the group as a result of the invite and how many people viewed a particular posted file?

  1. you cant kno wany of those things, would make for a great suggestion though.

    Yahoo! Groups Suggestion Board

    http://suggestions.yahoo.com/?prop=group...

  2. You could put your name in the send field as confirmation that you sent the invites but you can't confirm that anyone read them. If they posted in your forum, that would be proof that they chose to post after reading it,

  3. Of the things you mention, Yahoo Groups provides only a record of invites sent.  It would be up to you to keep track of any invitees who join your group.  There's no way to do the other things you want.

For a record of your Invites, sign in to your group,

    Click Management.

    Under Group Activity, Click Memberships.

Scroll through the entries.  The date of invite is in the first column, the person invited will show in the second column and who sent the invite will show in the third column.

  4. Become a mind reader

  5. I guess they all do.

There is no way to check.

    Go to Manager tools.

There is a place where you can see if someone read the posts. It is a new thing.
