I am running on sports day on the 12th June 2008. I am not bad at sprinting but I want to be even bettter I want people to notice me more for my running style. So people realise I have potential and am not just doing it for the fun of it I want to be really good. It may sound vain but I need to know how to prepare until then step by step details and nothing too dramatic i'm not old enough to go on special diets all i have is running shoes the park and a little bit of money to spend. pls help me. I am doing 100m by the way
