  1. For information about things to do in Toronto, and a travel and city guide to this wonderful Canadian city, check out this website I've found for you!

  2. You can take the coach (Greyhound or Coach Canada) from Toronto to Niagara Falls.  Takes 1.5-2 hours and is reasonably-priced ($15 for a student).  It's a pretty popular route, so you'd have your choice of times.  The Toronto coach station is right by the Dundas subway station and the Niagara Falls station is a pretty 25 minute walk from the touristy Falls area (there's also a bus you can take).  There is also a train that goes from Union station in Toronto - the train station in Niagara Falls is just across the street from the coach station.

Are you just spending the day in Toronto, though?  The Falls isn't all that close - I mean, it's not something you can just pop over and see for an hour.  It would cost you a good 4 hours of travelling round trip, so it pretty much consumes a day.

  3. You can get to Niagara Falls from Toronto using either Greyhound, VIA Rail or Amtrak. The Greyhound Toronto station is located at 610 Bay St. VIA / Amtrak is at Union Station.

  4. There's a bus you can catch from Toronto to Niagara, you can organise it through the hotel you're staying at (if you are) I was there in January, was planning to go to Niagara but is was too freezing so I didn't end up going. September is a MUCH better time to go.. Have fun..

  5. Why not rent a car for the day even

1 1/2 hrs down there, you can stop at a winery, drive down to Niagara on the Lake
