If you don't have any ISP ooverthere, please go for a Tata Indicom Data card. Rest all are c**p as far as providing service is concerned. It does need an initial investment but it definitely gives you the mobility. For normal browsing its preety good. Remember its cost is high if you have high downlload requirements. In case you want to save money you can go for FWP of Tata.

If no Airtel, try SIFY or TataIndicom (Better to avoid both as both use overhead cables and known for ROTTENEST service)

That leaves you with BSNL.. go for it...
