I ship items from around the world! But this is the first bank holiday that i have items due?

Do customes work of a bank holiday, will the items be delayed due to the bank holiday?

First off you receive items from around the world, the person sending them is the shipper, and yes they will be delayed due to customs and the post office being on holiday

There is a reduced customs service and no postal service because of the bank holiday. With luck there should only be the minimum of delay and you should get your delivery the next day.
