Sounds like UPS was notified to pick it up, but they never picked it up. That is the first thing that always shows up when sending something out. That they got the information to come pick up the package. Either they lost it, or it's still in your outbox.

You didn't give much info, but if that is all that you know, you are screwed if UPS can't help :(
