  1. If you are thin and want to put on some weight and muscle you need to start lifting weights and eating a lot of protein and just eating a lot in general.

Sometimes it's not going to be fun, but if you have a goal and you want to reach it you have to work for it. For martial arts I would recommend something a little more practical than Wushu unless you are interested in it solely for the performance art aspect. Try Kyokushin Karate, Judo, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, Muy Thai, Wrestling, or Boxing.

  2. I think WUSHU is better...

you can defend yourself from poeple who want to hurt you...

its use your mind how to beat... but what the power can do without mind...

    ah... I prefer WUSHU...

and sometimes it will be cool (for me ^u^)

  3. hello pal. i am new to tis yahoo answers. so any mistake forgive....

  4. You've answered your own question: if you find gym work boring, you won't keep it up. Take Fuy Gawkes' excellent advice.

  5. wushu is very superficial...seek out someone who will teach you traditional Kung fu (gung fu) southern style shaolin (the open hand style that incorporates animal forms) is amazing, spiritual, powerful and a great way to tone your body in chi as well as tone

  7. You're God, you're supposed to know everything, you tell me.
