I'm the comptroller of the company and my accounting manager receive

a salary raise higher than mine ($1,400).

  1. Your raise doesn't have anything to do with anyone else's.  Maybe he or she was more underpaid than you are.  There can be lots of reasons why he would have gotten more than you did.


  2. His pay is none of your business and should not have any bearing on your pay.

  3. I got fired when I did this.
