I singed a bond worth Rs 50,000 for 1 year, but I left within three days of working there. Is the bond binding

The bond papers said that since the company is spending money on my training I need to compensate it if iI leave within a year. But since I left in 3 days, is it possible that they may sue me?

you said that the bond was established to compensate for the training cost... if no training was established/made yet, i believed you shouldn't be charged

if it a big and good company, it will not. If it is a small company it may trouble you little bit. Don't worry. Change your phone number and have fun. No one is going to sue you in India. Who has time ?
