It seems weird to me. Maybe someone can enlighten me. Ever since I was 15 or 16, I've just slept better or more during daylight hours. I haven't traveled to a places that more than four hours time difference. So I don't know what to think anymore.If you have any ideas what's going on or if you have tips on how to fall asleep, I'm all ears!
