My AC isn't the problem...my other half is freezing and thinks I'm pretty nuts! It's not in my brains, I actually perspire! I'm only 30 so I am not menopausing yet! I'm told aside of the perspiring I also jerk alot and that it's no wonder I am always tired..as I never get a good nights sleep. HELP!

  1. Go see a doctor.  You're probably having cold sweats because it's too cold...

    Haha I don't know what i'm saying :P

maybe it's a habit to kick your blankets off :P

I used to do that a lot!

  4. You're having night sweats, that is a symptom of several serious conditions. You really need to see a doc.

  5. It's the summer! I always wake up in the middle of the night to kick the covers off, even with your AC set you're going to be warm if you stay under a blanket for long enough.

If you're having trouble sleeping, I would first say don't eat anything after dinner especially not sweets or soda. I usually drink a glass of milk before bed because the "melatonin" in it helps me sleep.

You can probably buy melatonin at your local pharmacy. It's a natural "sleeping pill" so to speak and it works great if you want to give it a try.

  6. Is this a new problem or an old problem?  You may have something going on with your ovaries, or something going wrong hormonally - just because you're 30 doesn't isolate you from problems that can occur pre-menopausally.  I can tell you this personally from being 29 last year and having a total hysterectomy due to ovarian problems that were first signaled off to me by night sweats.  Don't let this go on too long - it may be a more serious under-lying problem than just the room temperature.

  7. you should probably go to your doctor..
