Question:

I slept 13 hours today & feel exhausted. What can I do to feel more energetic (or less slugish) now?

Can I eat something, or should I exercise to make myself feel normal again? Does stretching do the trick?

  1. get up and move around but my momma always told me "the more you

    sleep the more tired you will be"


  2. Eliminate sugar and artificial sweeteners from your diet.  Eat more fruits and veggies, meat, etc.  And exercise daily.

  3. take a good long nap

  4. You slept too long.  You should sleep about 7-8 hours a day.  And eat healthy and exercise.
