I sliced the top of my right index finger with a bean slicer. What should I do now?

Be sure that the area is clean and then cover it with a bandaid or other proper bandage.  It may hurt now, which is normal, but if after a few days you are experiencing harsh pain see a doctor.  As long as you clean and cover the area your body should be able to handle the rest of the job itself.
