So at work today I sliped on some water and landed on my left knee, it's hurt at the time but I didn't think much of it because I fall all the time and it always hurts. The pain went away after a while, but now it is hurting whenever I bend it or un-bend it. There is a little bruise where the little dent on the left side of the knee cap, but I don't feel any moving bones. I compared my injured knee cap to my other one (not injured) and they look and feel the same except for when i press on the little dent where the bruise is.

I just went and wrapped it in a gauze bandage so that it won't bend so much... should I go to the doctor tomorrow?

  2. There can be many reasons for that.

First, the open bruise can hurt since it is healing or could be infected.Check with a doctor.

The tendons and ligaments in that regions could have been affected.Apply some balm or consult a doctor.

Could be sprain. Is it swollen. hot water fermentation could help.

Stretch and give rest to the affected area by avoiding walking.

You say that yo fall quite often. Is it because you walk fast, restless or having some physical problem?

    Again consult a doctor.

  3. you should get OFF the computer & ON the phone with your doctor.

ANSWERS. is good for general questions but NOT for your personal doctor. No one here will care for u like they will

  4. Wrap it up, put some ice on it to keep it from swelling (Go 15min on, 15min off), try to stay off of it, and in a few days, if it still hurts, go see a doctor.

  5. well you're not in er right now so i would ice it. i believe every 20 minutes and do not apply ice directly to the skin. if there is swelling you are going to want to go to the doctor because that could be a sign of breakage.

    oooh sorry and ouch!
