I sneezed with my eyes opened?

Question

I had stiches on my belly and everytime I sneeze or cough it hurts as h**l. so it was gonna happen again and as I sneezed I held it like around my throat and there I sneezed, if no one undestood I guess it is cuz I dot know how to explain it but the thing is that my eyes stayed open

so what will happen, will my eyes come out of my sockets or will I break the blood vessels in my eyes???

if you sneeze normally its practically impossible to keep your eyes open and i dont think anyone really knows what would happen but what it sounds like what you did was hold your sneeze which you can do with your eyes open without a problem but holding your sneezes is really dangerous so i wouldnt recommend you do that again if you can help it
