I always sleep with my mouth open and breathe through my mouth when sleeping. Is there a nostril opening device that works (the sticky strips just fall off) ?

  1. Toothpicks..,jk

The sticky strips is the only thing I have heard of

Just don't lay on your back

  2. roll over on your side

  3. Sleeping with you mouth open is the first thing that you'll need to address.  You can buy a chin strap online - just do a search.

If the nasal strips aren't working for you - then you might want to try a Slumber Guard - but to use it you'll need to keep your mouth closed - so don't get one unless you also get a chin strap.

The other thing that you'll need to consider is if you are having nasal airway restriction.  If you can't breath properly through your nose - then the Slumber Guard and chin strap won't work for you.
