I sold something on ebay, but now am able to sell it, how do I get out of this?

I sold a computer for over 400.00, but tried to end it before the time ran out, but was unable to, I literally emailed the people immediately to explain but they are threatening with a lawsuit. I tried being nice, but they are insisting. What do I do??

You need to honor your commitment if you want to be considered credible.

You can let them know the item is no longer available and they can give you bad feedback.  There's really nothing else they can do but threaten.
