I sometimes get pain in the back from running....?

I'm 18....I run about 3-4 times a week and exercise....Which muscles are in charge of that...what should I do?

  1. The pain in your back is usually from either weak abdominal muscles or over active back muscles.

    You can do abdominal exercises, stretch well before and after running, stand up erect when running, don't lean forward, and relax.


  2. Your stride and the way you contact the ground could be at fault.A good pair of running shoes are also important.You could ask a sports trainer also.

  3. core. abs and quads are working the hardest.
