I sometimes get terrible menstrual cramps when exercising when I am not menstruating.?

  1. They aren't menstrual cramps, they are muscle cramps that everyone gets while exercising sometimes.


  2. If you're working your abs/lower abs, it might just be muscle strain. I get that sometimes after a lot of crunches.

  3. it may not be menstral cramps. it could be gas pains or exercising pain

  4. it could be a cyst, or sometimes feelings on your abdomen can be confusing, like gas pain, ligaments stretching,muscle soreness and menstrual pain can all feel similar at times.

    try breathing, inhale and exhale slower while working out!

It could be, I learned about this, celluar respiration or something like that when you exercise a lot, and don't worry it happens to everyone, when your body can't get enough oxygen it has to make use of what it has like making it's on energy and when it does that you're going to start cramping, when you start wheezing and getting tired while you're exercising that'll be around the time it happens.
