so... i spilled some juice right around where my power button is... :( i tried to get most of it out, but now it keeps trying to turn itself off. Also, when it times out, instead of just pressing the button for the screen to come back on, i have to push and hold the power button. (then wait for the apple loading screen) then it comes on. Is there anything i can do for it? Or do i have to just wait it out and see if it works again? Also, it works fine when i have it plugged into the charger.

  1. i have lots of i-pods about 3 and i have spilled something on my i-pod and i-phones  if you spilled alot then you will probably have to get a new one, if you didn't spill alot then you just have to try and clean it out as good as you can.  An if it continues not to work then you have t either listen to it sitting down on the charger or buy a new one.

  2. If it works fine when in the charger, it's probably affected the connection to the battery. Since the iPhone battery is not removable, the only option you have is to bring it to the Apple store for repair.

Unfortunately, waiting it out isn't going to do anything really since whatever damage is done is not going to repair itself.

  3. you could bring it to a store for reparing or your warranty still exists, ask the company for reapirs or a replacement.

  4. HAHA, serves you right for getting the most stupidly priced item on the market. iPhone sucks and Steve Jobs can suck my balls.

  5. bring it to the apple store and see wut they can do for you..they might give u a brand new one if its within the warenty...or they might just tell u wut to do

    hope that makes sense???
