I spilt fake tan on my light green carpet?

Question

can anyone tell me if i an get it out? it was the kind that develops over a couple of hours. and has now developed into a dark brown stain?

Please help it's not my carpet, its my landlords

Yes, it will come out! Here is what I do when my Carpet gets a stain- Take some Baking Powder, and Dish Soap, and put it directly on the stain- Let it soak for about 5-10 Minutes- Then, take a Luke warm Wash Cloth and scrub, scrub, scrub! Then, take a Hair Dryer and put it on the highest heat setting and dry the spot...If there is still a stain left over even from after you scrubed- Try a Spot Remover- You can even try SHOUT, it also works wonders!

I use shout on my carpet as well - it works!  I also get the Fantastic Oxy Power (I can only find it at Home Depot), it works great on carpet & upholstery.  You are going to have to do alot of scrubbing and you may need to repeat the process several times.
