i spit in my teadhers drink in front of the whole class, when the teacher got back in the room, this r****d who isnt all their told on me. i have been suspended for 8 weeks. is this fair.

8 weeks!!!!!!! thats crazy you can't get suspended for 8 weeks at my school tops 10 days or you get expelled. yeah you should get punished for spitting in your teacher's drink, like get suspended for one day, 2 tops. someone at my school brought advil in their purse and they only got suspended for 4 days and someone else posted an inappropriate video of someone on youtube and the got suspended for 5 days. you shouldn't have gotten suspended for 8 weeks its retarded.

The other person did the right thing.  You did something that was not only mean and disgusting, but could have really gotten the teacher sick.  Yes, this is absolutely fair.

First of all, you obviously haven't been paying attention much in class because your spelling and punctuation is sloppy.

Second of all, what kind of moron spits in someone else's cup?  Take responsibility for your own ridiculous actions.  Quit whining.  You got into trouble, now grow up.
