  1. swallow before you start to talk....

  2. well, do you have a lisp? sometimes it could be a natural mouth formation thing that causes it. if not just swallow your saliva before talking.

  3. Talk slower and swallow before you talk.

  4. its just a habit. Try practicing alone at home, you will do fine.

  5. Swallowing before you talk will probably help, but it's not a permanent solution and you shouldn't always have to be thinking about it.

Although you could be spitting because of excess saliva in your mouth, saliva mostly stays behind the teeth unless there is a way for it to get past them. I think the problem is it is more likely caused by a gap between your teeth or their positioning. If your upper teeth jet out further than your lowers, you may require braces to fix the problem. If it's just a small gap between teeth and you don't want braces, you may be able to have some cosmetic bonding done to close the space.

Talk to your general dentist or an orthodontist about it and don't be embarrassed. They can locate the source of the issue.
